Return & Exchange Policy
If you received an item and realize the size isn’t right, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage or stains.

All original tags and packaging must be intact and attached.

The return or exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

You must notify us first before sending any item back. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions to ensure your return is processed properly.
Once your return is approved, you may exchange the item for the correct size or another available product.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item, wrong player, or if there’s an issue that was caused by our team, we’ll make it right. In these cases, we will resend the correct jersey at no additional cost to you.
Our priority is ensuring that every order meets our quality standards and that you receive exactly what you purchased.
Address Issues
Please make sure to double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, Vintricks is not responsible for replacing or reshipping that order.
However, if your order was sent to the wrong address due to an error on our end, or if your package is returned to sender, please notify us right away. Our team will review the situation and make sure your jersey gets to you as soon as possible.
